Shipping Policy
- All of our orders are shipped by USPS or UPS for a flat fee of $7.00 in the United Stated (Alaska & Hawaii are a bit more, you will see price at checkout) You will receive your tracking info. by email once your order has shipped.
- We try to ship all in-stock items the day after the order has been placed. Most of our customers receive their orders in 3 days. California orders do take around 5 to 7 days. If you need your order faster please contact us before placing your order for shipping rates.
- We do ship to Canada/International. If your country does not come up while your checking out please email or message us. We will add it to our shipping rates.
Return Policy

Corral Boot Return Policy
New Corral Boots that are IN STOCK on our website & are NOT CLEARANCE FINAL SALE BOOTS may be returned within 10 days from the date you received them. Boots must be unworn, and in new condition, no damage. We will inspect the boots once we receive the return and will issue a refund to the form of payment used at time of order. We will deduct the $7.00 for the shipping charge from your refund. If you used SEZZLE we will issue the refund through SEZZLE.
You will need to contact us for a RA# to get the return process started at info@jenandkenras.com. Please provide us with your order# and the issue you are having.
Special Order Corral Boots
Any boot that is not instock and we order in for you is considered a SPECIAL ORDER. This boot will not be available for return or exchange. So it is very important that you order the correct size. We are not able to return the boot once it arrives. If you are not sure about your correct size we strongly suggest you go to a store and try on some Corral Boots as they do fit snug and do not fit like JUSTIN OR ARIAT BOOTS. If you have any questions about sizing please email Jen at info@jenandkenras.com before placing your order. Jen is always more than happy to try and assist new Corral customers with sizing the best she can.

If you used this code to purchase boots they will only be available for return or exchange as long as the boots have not been worn and are still in new condition. No REFUNDS!! You will have until 1.1.2021 to contact us to exchange for another size or style. All shipping cost are to be paid by the customer.
